Scan Format

Once we have performed the Cone Beam CT scan on your patient we provide you with a copy on a disc in format requested on the referral form.  The various formats available are:

  • One Volume Viewer (Morita's own viewing software - PC only)
  • Simplant Planner (for those who already have a Simplant Licence)
  • Simplant Oneshot (for those who do not have a Simplant Licence)
  • DICOM format for you to import into an alternative viewing software

If you require your scan in Simplant format please be aware this takes 1-2 weeks and extra charges are payable (please see referral forms).
