Stradbrook Implant Clinic takes pride in our trusted partnerships with local dentists in our referral network, complementing your existing dental services and broadening the range of treatments for your patients.
Our highly skilled clinicians have been seeing referred patients for many years. We are experienced at managing these relationships, so you can be assured that we will only treat your patients for the issue that has been referred to us.

How To Refer A Patient
Simply complete the referral form (click here to view the referral form). Please call 01732 770666 or email [email protected] for a CBCT referral form. Once we receive the referral, our treatment coordinator will contact the patient to arrange an initial consultation.
Following the initial consultation, a full written report will be sent to the patient, with a copy sent to you.
From then on we will keep you informed on progress. During treatment, patients will be reminded of the importance of continuing to see their own general dental practitioner for routine check-ups and any other necessary treatment. When the treatment has been completed, your patient will be returned to you for their continuing care.
Stradbrook Implants Referral Charter
Our Patient Referral Charter ensures that you, the referring dentist, know exactly how our referral procedure works.
Our aim is to ensure that both referred patient and you the referring dentist are delighted with the quality of our clinical expertise and the level of care and attention that we provide.
Following specialist treatment, we will always return the patient to the referring dentist.
We will only carry out the treatment previously agreed with the referring dentist and patient.
After the initial consultation, we will always provide the patient with a written treatment plan, a copy of which is always sent to the referring dentist. No treatment will be carried out without an estimate of fees being given to the patient.
In the rare event where complications arise after the patient has been treated by us, we will always ensure that they receive the remedial care they require immediately.
We will ensure that a successful referral to Stradbrook Implants will enhance your patient's trust in you as their dentist and they will be grateful to you for referring them to us for specialist treatment.
